Shipping and Expedition
Freight and Shipping -
The prices for freight and forwarding reflect the pattern in the actual costs. With the current rates, ATTICCO covers relatively high share of the actual shipping costs.
Expedition
We add a handling fee to all orders to cover the costs of order processing, picking and packing. The handling fee is fixed and independent of order size and delivery method. The handling fee is DKK 200 (€ 27) per order.
Pick up at the warehouse
When self-picking up the order at our warehouse in Thorning, there is of course no shipping. It is usually open for pick-up Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. However, opening for delivery always takes place by specific agreement.
Delivery of furniture packages
DENMARK: ATTICCO has a freight agreement with K.Hansen Ttransport and DSV, which aims to deliver from day to day. They pick up day 1 and deliver day 2.
ABROAD: ATTICCO has a freight agreement with DSV, which aims to deliver in EU within 3-5 days and to countries outside EU (due to customs clearance) within 5-10 days.
ATTICCO ALWAYS send the packages on a pallet to achieve maximum protection of the furniture packages. You can read more specifically about the freight under the terms and conditions.
DENMARK: The shipping rate depends on the number and size of furniture solutions.
ATTICCO has set a maximum freight rate. This means that you can choose the fixed shipping rate at any time and not pay more than that, no matter how many and large pieces of furniture you have ordered. This results in a nice saving on almost all orders
ABROAD: The shipping rate for shipping to customers outside Denmark is fixed and independent of the size of the purchase. The freight appears when you have entered the country and postcode.
NORWAY & SWITZERLAND: ATTICCO uses DSV for customs clearance of goods to Norway and Switzerland. Goods to Norway and Switzerland are sold without VAT. ATTICCO covers all administrative costs for inbound and outbound customs clearance. However, ATTICCO does not cover the actual national tax and VAT.
