Prices and ordering:
All our prices are in Danish kroner and incl. 25% VAT, customs and excise etc. Prices are valid on day of order.
ATTICCO take reservations for typos, price mistakes, VAT and tax changes, sold out and delivery failures from subcontractors.
All contracts concluded on the basis of Danish legislation. Contracts can only be concluded with persons above 18 years of age. Children and under 18 must have an adult to conclude the deal.
Ordering at www.atticco.dk & www.attico.eu is not binding and the agreement to buy goods from www.atticco.dk is not considered finally concluded until an order confirmation has been sent.
You can pay with Dankort and it is free of charge to use debit Cards as we pay all fees.
The amount is not deducted from your account until the order has been shipped.
It is not possible to deduct a higher amount than you have approved.
The payment will be seen as Atticco.dk on your statement.
Your may pick up goods at the company warehouse in Thorning, but this option must be chosen at ordering. Date and time for pickup must be agreed directly with ATTICCO.
Freight within Denmark is made by “Danske Fragtmænd” and ATTICCO’s own carrier (ATTICCO’s choice).
Freight rate depends upon number and type of furniture purchased. Maximum freight within Denmark, irrespective of size of shipment, is DKK 850 incl. VAT. However, extra shipping cost may appear for delivery to islands without bridge to the mainland. Shipments to Greenland, Faroe Islands and other European countries will be charged the actual shipping cost that will appear from the order.
Shipping cost does not include assistance to carry goods into your house – assembly of furniture is also not included.
Orders for Denmark have an order processing time of typically 1-7 working days. Add to this delivery time of typically 1-2 working days. If the total time of delivery for an order is estimated to exceed 10 working days, please contact ATTICCO by phone, mail or SMS.
If you are shopping from a country outside the EU, please be aware that you are liable to pay Danish customs and VAT anyway, and you are responsible yourself for customs clearance in your country.
Packaging and place of delivery:
Smaller shipments will be in form of portable packages. Bigger shipments will be on pallets.
Portable packages will be delivered at your front door, pallet deliveries at pavement edge or as close as the carrier’s car can get to your entrance.
If you have specific delivery requests, please contact ATTICCO as soon as possible or make a note already when placing the order in the information box for this purpose. If you cannot personally be there at delivery, you must arrange a place of delivery (within a reasonable distance and paved) and/or arrange that e.g. a neighbour can take delivery and sign on your behalf. This must be noted on your order.
The carrier may place pallet deliveries in e.g. a carport, but there must be solid and even access (flagstones or asphalt) to the carport and it must be in reasonable distance from the pavement edge.
At dispatch from the ATTICCO warehouse, the customer will be notified about the delivery by mail or SMS. The customer can follow the delivery via track & trace. If day of delivery is not suitable, you can see from the notification how to contact the carrier and change it, if possible.
Delivery is typically on workdays between 8:00-16:00. Normally, an order will NOT be split on more deliveries.
ATTICCO is responsible for damaged goods or goods disappearing under transport from us to you. If goods need to be returned to us, you will be responsible for the goods.
Transport damages/Wrong delivery:
Upon receipt, please check the boxes for broken packaging and other damages. If the goods are visibly damaged at delivery, you MUST inform about this directly to the driver AND sign the waybill with reservations. Write exactly what the damage is – e.g. number of packages wet/broken/torn and get the driver to make a note about the damage on your copy of the waybill. You may also take a photo of the damage – while the driver is present.
Send information to ATTICCO (firstname.lastname@example.org) about the mistake/damage. To make it easier to find out where the damage has been made, we recommend you to report the damage within 2 days to ATTICCO. This goes for both visible and invisible transport damages so it is important that you unwrap and check the goods for damages as soon as possible after receipt. Please always remember to keep the packaging so a complaint may be handled correctly. After 7 days, all complaints about invisible damages will be forfeit towards the carrier.
ATTICCO must be informed about wrong deliveries as soon as possible.
If, against expectations, goods are mishandled, damaged or wrong, we are liable to help rectifying it free of charge for you.
When ordering, you may confirm that the goods can be left at your address without you signing the waybill upon delivery. If you accept “delivery without receipt and signature on waybill” it is at your responsibility and risk. Consequently, it is the customer – you – who is liable if something happens to the goods after delivery to the chosen place.
If you have not agreed to delivery without receipt and it is not possible for the carrier to get a receipt for the delivery, he will return the goods to the local central warehouse. You can then book new delivery at your own cost or you can pick up the goods yourself at the carrier’s central warehouse.
All personal data are protected by strong encryption during transmission to us.
Credit card information is sent directly to PBS and cannot be read or copied by us or anybody else.
All private information are handled confidentially and not shared with anyone.
Purchase information is kept for 2 years to ensure correct handling of warranty cases, if any.
At any time you can delete cookies from your computer. How, depends on your browser.
We use log statistics, meaning that a statistic system collects information giving us a statistic picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where they leave the website etc. The statistics are only used to optimize atticco.dk.
As the last step of the payment procedure, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Save the order confirmation for later use if needed.
E-marketing and newsletters:
You will only receive e-marketing material and newsletter by email if you have asked for it actively.
You will never receive marketing material by regular mail from atticco.dk.
At atticco.dk we follow applicable laws and consumer laws about e-commerce.
By law you have 14 days to cancel and another 14 days to return the goods, if you within the first 14 days inform us that you will send the purchase back.
Information must be given by email: Service@atticco.dk or by phone +45 23 29 79 47, and you must state clearly that you want to use your right of cancellation.
You cannot cancel a purchase just by refusing receipt of the goods without informing us clearly about the reason. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. When you make use of your right of cancellation, it is you as customer who must arrange return shihpment. When returning goods, you are responsible for secure packaging. Returned goods are your responsibility.
Condition of the goods when you return them:
According to the new legislation of 14 June 2014, you can henceforward cancel your purchase even if you have tried it. Any impairment will be deducted from the amount that we pay back to you after having evaluated the condition of the goods and their value to us for trading purposes.
You are only liable for impairment caused by handling that is not necessary to determine the nature of the goods and how it functions. In other words – you can try out the goods in the same way as if you tried it out in a furniture store.
If the goods have been tried out in other ways than mentioned above, we will consider it used; which means that by cancelling the purchase you will only get some or nothing back of the purchase amount depending on the trading value of the returned goods.
So, to get the full purchase amount back, you can do what you would be able to do in a physical furniture store. You may try out the goods, but not take it into real use.
We recommend you to read the law on consumers’ rights (“Forbrugeraftaleloven”) so that you know your rights.
The goods must be securely packaged. Damage due to inadequate packaging may cause your rights to lapse or a proportionate reduction in relation to the damage and the value to us for trading purposes. In case of expensive goods we recommend you to insure the shipment. Remember that the customer covers the cost of return. We do not accept packages sent COD.
Return of purchase amount:
If you cancel your purchase, the amount that you have paid to us will, of course, be returned. In case of impairment, which you are liable for, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you make use of your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date where we received information about your decision to cancel the agreement. We will make the refund in the same way of payment as used by you originally, unless you have specifically agreed to another way of payment.
We can hold back the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have presented documentation of the return before that.
Exceptions from withdrawal:
Custom made products (made especially for you and according to your specific wishes, e.g. special lacquering) cannot be returned. If you have ordered custom made furniture, we will contact you before the order is dispatched.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to such orders.

When you deal with atticco.dk, you have, of course, 24 months warranty. Meaning, you can either have the product repaired or exchanged, get your money back or get a reduction of the price, depending on the situation at hand. It is, of course, a requirement that the lack is justified and not arisen by misuse of the product or other damaging behaviour.
You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund freight costs by “De danske fragtmænd”. Remember to get a receipt.
Unjustified complaints may be charged an examination fee and shipping costs.
Goods must be returned to ATTICCO ApS, Højgårdsvej 25, Thorning, 8620 Kjellerup.
Please remember the importance of secure packaging.
We take reservations for misprints, price errors, VAT and tax changes as well as delivery failure.
Purchase agreements are considered finally entered when an ATTICCO staff member has processed the order.
Offers, if any, are valid as long as the stock lasts.
Counselling is given without responsibility as the customer may experience different product behaviour based on conditions we are not aware of.
We also take reservations for furniture colours deviating from pictures presented on atticco.dk. Please note, however, that all colours are given in RAL – that is valid for the production.
