1. Prices and ordering

1.1. All our prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT, customs duties, taxes etc. Orders sent out of Denmark will be subject to the VAT rate required by the recipient country (delivery address). The amount of VAT paid to Atticco will be transferred to the recipient country at the end of the quarter (EU).

Prices are valid on the day of booking.

1.2. ATTICCO reserves the right to make typing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes, sold-out goods and delivery failures from subcontractors.

1.3. All contracts are entered into in Danish. Agreements can only be entered into with persons over 18 years of age. Children and young people under 18 must thus have an adult person to handle the trade.

Ordering on www.atticco.dk is without obligation, and the agreement on the purchase of goods from www.atticco.dk is only considered final when the order confirmation has been sent.

Orders can only be placed on the website www.atticco.dk. The website is constantly updated.

2. Payment

2.1. With us you can pay with Dankort (VISA), Mastercard and Eurocard and it is free to use payment cards, as we pay all fees.

2.2. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

2.3. A larger amount than you have approved can never be deducted.

2.4. The payment appears as Atticco.dk on your account statement.

3. Pickup

3.1. It is possible to pick up the ordered item at the warehouse in Thorning, if this is chosen when ordering. The pick-up date and time are agreed directly with ATTICCO. When picking up item (s), we may, for security reasons, request that a valid photo ID (eg driving license) and payment card used for online payments be presented.

4. Delivery

4.1. We always arrange the delivery day prior to our deliveries, and never place item (s) at the front door or similar. unless this is agreed in writing.

4.2. Shipping in Denmark is carried out by “Danske Fragtmænd” and “DSV”.

4.3. The shipping rate depends on the number and type of furniture purchased. There additional transport costs are added, for transport to non-bridged islands incl. Bornholm. Delivery to Greenland, the Faroe Islands and other countries in Europe will be subject to the specific shipping costs on the order.

4.4. Collection / carrying assistance is not included in the shipping price and possibly collection of furniture ..

4.5. Orders to Denmark have an order processing time of typically 1-3 working days. In addition, there is a delivery time that is typically 1-2 business days.

4.6. If you shop from a country outside the EU, you must pay special attention to the fact that you still pay Danish customs and VAT taxes, and are responsible for customs clearance in your home country.

4.7. Packaging and outlet:

4.7.1. We always strive to send our item on pallets – which we consider to be the safest way to ship. Parcel shipping occurs when we talk about very long packages that can NOT be shipped on pallets or there is a limited number of packages in the shipment. The maximum package weight is 30 kg.

4.7.2. Packages are delivered to the front door while deliveries on pallets are made to the curb or as close as the forwarder’s car can get.

4.7.3. If you have specific wishes for the place of delivery, contact ATTICCO as early as possible or a note will be made already when placing the order in the information field provided. If you do not have the opportunity to receive the shipment yourself, please provide a point of sale (located, within a reasonable distance and accessibility of the curb) noted on the order and / or that, for example, a neighbor can receive and acknowledge on your behalf. Use check box when ordering.

4.7.4. When delivered on a pallet, the freight forwarder can place the pallet in, for example, a carport etc., but this presupposes that the surface up to and in the carport is firm and even (tiles / asphalt) and that it is within a reasonable distance from the curb.

4.8. Transport damage / error handling:

4.8.1. Upon receipt, we must ask you to S T R A K S check the number and type of packages and whether the packages received have torn packaging or been exposed to breakage or shock. If the product is visibly damaged on delivery MUSTbe notified directly to the driver by acknowledging with a reservation on the consignment note. Write specifically what the damage consists of – e.g. number of packages wet / pressed / torn to pieces and have the carrier make a note of the damage on your copy of the consignment note. Feel free to take a photo of the damage – while the carrier is present.

4.8.2. Send information to ATTICCO(service@atticco.dk) about the fault / damage. To facilitate the clarification of where the damage has occurred, it is recommended that you report the damage within 2 days to ATTICCO. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage and it is therefore important that you, as soon as possible upon receipt, unpack the item and check that it is faultless. Always remember to save the packaging so that the complaint can be handled correctly. After 5 days, all complaints of hidden damage to the carrier are forfeited – therefore it is recommended to check all loosely sent packages thoroughly S T R A K S upon receipt.

4.8.3. A product that has been incorrectly dispatched should be notified to ATTICCO as soon as possible.

4.8.4. Should an item unexpectedly be incorrectly shipped, damaged or incorrect, ATTICCO undertakes to remedy the defect at no cost to you, within 3 weeks of delivery.

4.9. Receipt:

4.9.1. When ordering the item, you as a customer can confirm that the ordered item may be left at the address without receipt to the forwarder for delivery. Upon acceptance of “delivery without receipt and receipt”, it is at the recipient’s responsibility & risk. It is therefore you as the customer who takes the risk if something happens to the item after recommendation at the place of delivery.

4.9.2. If you have not accepted that the item may be delivered without a receipt and it is not possible for the forwarder to obtain a receipt for the delivery, the forwarder takes the item back to the local central warehouse.

You can then order renewed delivery, at your own expense. Alternatively, you can also pick up the item yourself at the forwarder’s central warehouse.

5. Security

5.1. All personal information is protected by strong encryption during the transfer to us.

5.2. Card information is sent directly to PBS and thus can not be read or copied by us or anyone else.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: Name, Address, Telephone Number and e-mail address.
We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with ATTICCO ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

6.2. When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

6.3. The director, Jens Høgh Simonsen and the staff at ATTICCO ApS have access to the information that is registered about you. The data manager at www.atticco.dk is Jens Høgh Simonsen.

6.4. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

6.5. Information submitted to www.atticco.dk is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.
As registered with ATTICCO ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to ATTICCO ApS via e-mail service@atticco.dk

6.6. We use cookies for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, and thus make the visit as easy as possible for you.

6.7. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, depending on your browser.

6.8. We use a log statistic, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website it is left, etc.

6.9. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing atticco.dk.

7. Order confirmation

7.1. You will receive the order confirmation as the last step in the payment process, on your e-mail and in the shipment. The order confirmation should be saved for possible later use.

8. E-marketing and newsletters

8.1. You will only receive email marketing materials and newsletters via email if you have actively requested them.

8.2. You will never receive marketing material via regular mail from atticco.dk.

9. Right of withdrawal

9.1. At atticco.dk, we follow current laws and consumer rules regarding e-commerce.

9.2. According to the law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and an additional 14 days to send the goods back, if you announce within the first 14 days that you want to send the purchase back

9.3. The notification must be given by email: Service@atticco.dk or by telephone +45 23 29 79 47. In your notification, it must be clearly stated that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

9.4. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear information about this. You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being returned in the original packaging and that the packages are securely secured. You are responsible for the item upon return to us.

9.6. The condition of the item when you send it back:

According to the new legislation of 14 June 2014, you can in future regret the purchase of goods, even if you have tried the goods. Any impairment will be deducted from the amount we refund to you after we have made an assessment of the condition and value of the item for us for trading purposes.

9.6.2. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. This does not include assembling the furniture!

9.6.3. The item must be returned using the SAME packaging and packaging elements, so as not to cause you any damage to the item.

9.6.4. If the item has been used in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

9.6.5. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical furniture store. You may open and view the item, but not take it into actual use.

9.6.6. We also recommend that you read the Consumer Contracts Act so that you know your rights.

9.6.8. ATTICCO ApS offsets an amount of DKK 100 for control per open package. For packages where the furniture has been assembled, an amount of DKK 300 per package is set off. These amounts presuppose that the item is returned undamaged with all packaging parts and in original packaging.

9.6.9. The goods must be properly packaged and damages as a result of inadequate packaging may result in your rights being revoked or a proportionate reduction being made in relation to the extent of the damage and the value to us for commercial purposes. If the item is of greater value, we recommend that the transport is insured.

9.6.10. Remember that return postage costs are covered by the customer. We therefore do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

9.7. Refund of the purchase amount:

9.7.1 If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you have paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

9.7.2. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

9.7.3. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned and assessed the quality of the item

9.8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

9.8.1. When buying a product that is manufactured specifically for you and according to your specific wishes, such as special painting, the right of withdrawal does not apply. When ordering a custom-made item, we will contact you before the order is processed

9.8.2. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

9.8.3. To return or exchange an item from ATTICCO, you must use our return slip which can be downloaded here.

10. Right of complaint

10.1. When you shop at atticco.dk, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

10.3. If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse shipping costs via “The Danish freight forwarders”. Remember to get a receipt.

10.4. Unjustified complaints may incur a survey fee and shipping costs.

11. Reservations

11.1. We reserve the right to make printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes as well as delivery failures.

11.2. Agreements on the purchase of goods are considered finally concluded when an employee at ATTICCO has processed the order.

11.3. Any offers are valid as long as stock lasts.

11.4. Advice is given without liability, as the customer may experience different behavior of the product on the basis of conditions we are not familiar with.

11.5. Reservations are also made that the color of the furniture may differ from the pictures presented on atticco.dk.
